Francorail CSE 26-21 |

The Francorail CSE 26-21 locos were built in France by the consortium GIE FRANCORAIL-MTE. Locos were fitted with US built 16-251F ALCO engines of 3600hp (2650kW). The locomotives were a "kit" of different French builders, the bogies were made by Creusot-Loire, electric equipment and traction motors by Société MTE, body and final assembly was made in the workshops of Carel-Fouché.
